The first 128-slice computed tomography scan VENTUM manufactured by a Belarusian company has been installed in Minsk Municipal Clinical Oncologic Hospital
The multislice VENTUM128 CT was developed and implemented by ADANI, a Belarussian high-technology corporation. The system is intended for high-speed scanning which is especially essential for the examinations that require breath holding and for patients in critical conditions.
VENTUM128 CT provides high quality images, it ensures powerful tools for the images three-dimensional post-processing, enabling angiography and multiplanar reconstruction. The systems can be adapted to the needs of a particular medical facility. Furthermore, the device features remote access for consultation and timely support.
Operator workstation software allows a wide range of diagnostic examinations, including those with intravenous bolus contrast enhancement, as well as heart CT with ECG synchronization.
The software includes modules for the metal artifacts suppression and modules that can significantly reduce the radiation dose to the patient.
The device provides the possibility of 2D and 3D images reconstruction and batch work (cerebral perfusion, endoscopy, angiography, lung analysis).
